Transporting RF Power Combiners

Device Transportation Guidelines

1. Proper Packaging

Use dedicated anti-static packaging materials to protect the device from static electricity and internal components. Fill the packaging with cushioning materials, such as foam or bubble wrap, to prevent the device from shaking or bumping during transportation.

Removable components must be individually packaged and labeled to prevent loss or damage during transportation. Labels such as "Precision Instrument" and "Do Not Press" should be placed on the outside of the packaging to serve as a reminder to transporters.

2. Controlling the Transportation Environment

During transportation, the device must be protected from extreme temperatures. It should not be exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods, nor should it be stored in low temperatures for extended periods.

The transportation environment must be kept dry to prevent moisture from entering the packaging. Furthermore, the transportation environment should be away from strong magnetic fields and vibration sources to minimize impact on the device's internal structure.

3. Standardized Handling

When transporting the device, handle it with care. Avoid throwing or shaking it violently to prevent internal components from loosening or falling off. During transportation, do not lift or pull on cables or connectors.

For larger devices, use specialized handling tools to prevent slipping and damage due to improper handling. During loading and unloading, ensure the equipment is stable before moving it to prevent damage from tipping over.

4. Strengthen Transportation Monitoring

Record the equipment's appearance and condition before transportation for verification afterward. During transportation, choose a qualified and experienced transporter to ensure they have adequate transport safeguards.

Upon arrival at the destination, inspect the equipment's packaging for integrity. After unpacking, inspect the equipment's appearance and components for damage. Only sign for receipt after verification.
