Choose suitable packaging materials
Use sealed packaging: Select a coaxial switch with good sealing, such as metal shell sealed packaging or ceramic packaging products. These packaging forms can effectively prevent water vapor from entering the switch and prevent internal circuit components from getting wet.
Use moisture-proof coating: Apply moisture-proof coating such as polytetrafluoroethylene on the surface of the switch shell. This coating is not only moisture-proof, but also has good insulation and chemical stability, which can further improve the protection performance of the switch.
Do a good job in circuit design protection
Add dehumidification circuit: In the circuit design of the coaxial switch, a dehumidification circuit can be added. For example, a heating element is used to moderately heat the inside of the switch to make it difficult for water vapor to condense and keep the internal environment dry. But be careful not to heat the temperature too high to avoid affecting the performance and life of the switch.
Set up drainage channels: In the structural design of the switch, set up reasonable drainage channels. When a small amount of water vapor enters, it can be discharged in time through the drainage channel to avoid water accumulation and damage to the switch.
Perform regular maintenance
Regularly check the sealing performance: Regularly check the sealing performance of the coaxial switch to check whether there are cracks in the shell and whether the interface is well sealed. If a sealing problem is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
Cleaning and drying: Clean the switch regularly to remove dust and moisture on the surface. If necessary, use dry nitrogen or compressed air to purge the inside of the switch to keep the inside dry.
